    • Lobby Doors Open 9:00 AM
    • Box Office Open 12:00-5:30 PM & 5:30 – 7:30 PM
    • 7:00 PM Concert Hall Doors Open & Organ Prelude Begin
    • 7:30 – 9:30 PM Performance
    • 9:30- 10:00 PM Pack-Up & Check Out at Artist Entrance
  • Parking:
    • Location: Parking is available directly beneath Walt Disney Concert Hall. Enter on Second Street
    • Parking costs: $10 (This is a flat rate after 4:30 PM)
    • Valet Parking: Valet parking is available for $23 at the Hope Street entrance beginning at two hours before concert start time.

  • Arrive Early!
    • There will be no late seating until there is an appropriate break in the music.
    • Do not miss Ethan Haman’s organ prelude which starts at 7:00 PM
