- 7:00 PM Concert Hall Doors Open & Organ Prelude Begin
- 7:30 – 10:30 PM Performance
- 10:30- 11:00 PM Pack-Up & Check Out at Artist Entrance

- Lobby Doors Open 9:00 AM – Midnight (whole day)
- Box Office Open 12:00-5:30 PM & 5:30 –7:30 PM
Parking
- Location: Parking is available directly beneath Walt Disney Concert Hall. Enter on Second Street
- Parking costs: $10 (This is a flat rate after 4:30 PM)
- Valet Parking: Valet parking is available for $23 at the Hope Street entrance beginning at two hours before concert start time.
