Dear LAYP Qualified Performers,

We’re thrilled to invite you to the LAYP 2025 Summer Mini Orchestra & Band Academy — a FREE summer opportunity exclusively for our Registered Performers (RPs)!

This is your chance to grow musically, meet fellow performers, and make great summer memories — all at no cost to you!

🎶 What is it?
A series of flexible and enriching rehearsals for orchestra and band students. (Please note: this RSVP is not for SATB singers.)

🎼 Small Group Format
This chamber ensemble, comprising 12 to 30 musicians, offers an intimate setting with focused instruction — perfect for sharpening your ensemble techniques.

🚨 First-Come, First-Served
Space is limited due to the small ensemble format. Enrollment will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis, so we strongly encourage early registration to secure your spot!

Summer Mini Orch & Band Academy Schedule

Coordination with Private Teachers, Directors, and Educators for Scheduling: If you are taking private lessons or scheduled for group rehearsals on Saturdays (during the following dates), please speak with your private teacher, director, or educator in advance to avoid any scheduling conflicts. Verbal approval must be obtained from them prior to registration. We deeply value private lessons and the collaborative relationships we share with our private teachers, directors, and educators.
